Custom Staffing has partnered with a local Manufacturing Company to add Machine Operator to their team in Bluffton, OH. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

: 10:50pm - 7:10am

Pay Rate
: $18.00 + $1 Shift Diff

• Standard Operating Procedures:Read and understand SOPs
• Production Processes:
  Efficient operation of production processes in accordance with established manufacturing and operation standards.
• Equipment Support:Provide hands-on maintenance support for all production equipment to minimize operational downtime.
• Quality & Safety Checks:Perform quality checks on products being manufactured.
• Plant Support:Execute other related production duties and tasks as directly assigned by Plant Supervision.

• Education:High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:One or more years of working in a manufacturing environment.
• Team Environment
  : demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Communication:Good written and verbal skills; must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Work Ethic:Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Safety First:A strong personal commitment to industrial safety standards and protocols.
• Documentation:Capable of reading, understanding, and properly completing required plant paperwork.
