We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. The role will involve developing strategic marketing plans, creating, and managing campaigns, and leading a team of marketing professionals. The Marketing Manager will work closely with other departments, including e-commerce, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to the marketing team.

• Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

• Define compelling value propositions and messaging that differentiate our products in the market.

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

• Write clear, engaging, and compelling copy for various marketing materials, aligning all content with SEO best practices.

• Maintain consistency across all content and communication channels in upholding the company's brand voice.

• Manage all PR activities, including the creation and distribution of press releases, coordinating media outreach, and building relationships with journalists and publications.

• Track and report on monthly marketing spend across all channels.

• Generate innovative ideas and suggest new initiatives or enhancements to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics, using data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align project requirements.

• Undertake individual tasks to support marketing plans and company initiatives.

• Must have demonstrable proficiency in CRM

• Experience with Database management is essential

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is desirable

• Proficiency in Facebook Insights is required

• Knowledge of Google AdWords is a must

• Proven experience with Advertisements is necessary

• Must have a strong understanding of Brand Awareness

• Experience with Budget Processes is required

• Must have a solid background in Campaign Planning
