Contract (3 months to start, potential contract-to-hire)
Our client is looking for a Digital Media Associate to support the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns across multiple product lines. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands‑on experience with leading platforms like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Advertising
, while working within a collaborative digital media team.
- Execute, optimize, and report on digital advertising campaigns across paid search, display, video, and OTT
- Monitor and improve campaign KPIs, proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions
- Support keyword and performance optimizations to drive results
- Manage creative assets and ensure campaigns align with requirements
- Pull, analyze, and interpret reports from internal dashboards and third‑party platforms
- Conduct account audits and identify trends across campaigns and product lines
- Track competitive insights and market trends
- Maintain campaign updates, including monthly incentives
- Follow established workflows, SOPs, and ticketing processes
- Complete training in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Advertising
- Support ad hoc team requests as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Foundational knowledge of digital advertising (Paid Search, Display, Video)
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and You Tube
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications
- Experience with project management or ticketing systems (Jira a plus)
- Hybrid schedule based out of Evanston HQ (must be able to commute)
- Initial 3‑month contract with strong potential to extend or convert based on performance and business needs
This is entry level up to roughly a year of experience or so. Brand new college graduates with at least 2 or 3 internships can apply!
