Job Description
In this role, you will act as one of the top stewards of the Formerra brand, ensuring that all content-related deliverables are strong, consistent, and reflective of our brand identity. Your responsibilities will span marketing efforts, internal/external communications, and corporate branding.
Responsibilities- Uphold and elevate the Formerra brand with internal teams and external resources and platforms.
- Create a wide range of content that addresses priority business needs across all internal and external collateral and materials.
- Partner with Demand Generation Marketing to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, events, webinars, paid advertising) by producing compelling marketing materials and sales enablement tools that align with brand messaging and support demand generation goals.
- Support the planning and drafting of brand awareness communications including email marketing campaigns leveraging content library and landing pages.
- Collaborate with Product Management to ensure initiatives support supplier goals and objectives.
- Coordinate social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Create and schedule posts, manage social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics.
- Participate in PR and thought leadership activities, as well as the external positioning of Formerra within the industry.
- Assist with the coordination and planning of trade shows, conferences and employer events.
- Write, edit and optimize copy for a range of materials and channels.
- Make website updates as needed.
- Organize and maintain the company’s SharePoint.
- Demonstrate the ability to be productive while working in the office or remotely.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong writing skills for short-form and long-form content creation.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple assignments and projects.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual design and aesthetics.
- Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills.
- Ability to receive feedback from others and apply it to your work.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of marketing communications experience, including digital marketing and communications responsibilities with a proven record of success.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with business use of social media platforms (You Tube, Linked In).
- Experience with Hub Spot preferred.
- Nice to have:
- B2B Marketing experience
- Experience with Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop
- Experience with Content Management Systems
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
