Lead Director, Brand and Marketing
Lead Director, Brand and Marketing with Oak Street Health will lead an agile marketing team across field marketing strategy, operations and creative services. The role focuses on developing data‑driven strategies for local patient acquisition while ensuring all initiatives comply with CMS Medicare regulations.
Core Responsibilities- Field Marketing Support & Execution – develop and lead localized campaigns and community outreach initiatives to increase clinic visibility and brand awareness; coordinate events, partnerships, and grassroots programs with field outreach teams and independent agent partners; ensure all local marketing activities meet CMS Medicare compliance standards.
- Field Enablement Programs – design and implement enablement programs that empower local outreach and clinic staff; develop self‑service resources, training modules, and localized marketing kits; lead educational sessions for field teams.
- Internal Marketing Store Management – oversee and continuously improve the internal Marketing Store; manage inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships for printed materials and promotional merchandise; maintain cost efficiency and procurement alignment.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Compliance – act as bridge between Marketing and stakeholders in Compliance, Legal, Outreach, Strategy, and Clinical Leadership; lead planning to keep initiatives legally compliant and aligned with organizational goals; navigate CMS Medicare marketing guidelines.
- Marketing Operations Leadership – provide hands‑on leadership for marketing operations; optimize tools, systems, and workflows; establish KPIs and dashboards for campaign analysis; enforce process governance for consistency and efficiency.
- Creative Services Oversight – oversee the creative services function; guide the team in producing compliant, high‑quality assets for national and local needs; maintain brand consistency and CMS compliance.
- New Center Marketing & Integration – support new center launches by developing targeted outreach zones; educate new center teams on marketing systems, central support resources, and the provider photography program.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is $ - $ annually. The actual base salary will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range. The position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
