Sr. Client Solutions Manager – Mid‑Market Growth (Hybrid – San Francisco, Chicago or New York City)
Linked In Marketing Solutions is seeking a Sr. Client Solutions Manager to manage relationships with customers within our mid‑market growth segment. The role focuses on leveraging online media knowledge, communication and analytical skills to provide campaign intelligence, strategy consultation and revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Build and cultivate deep client relationships, understanding business objectives to deliver best‑in‑class engagement.
- Proactively analyze and optimize advertising campaigns, providing strategic recommendations to ensure client objectives are met.
- Provide client training on targeting, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
- Deliver a best‑in‑class onboarding experience and support ad hoc education needs.
- Stabilize performance and grow revenue from new advertisers via proactive optimizations and upsells.
- Leverage technology to drive performance‑oriented marketing solutions.
- Advise on creative and content development to maximize performance.
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, finance, technical support, product, and insights to ensure customer success and error‑free execution.
- Represent the voice of the customer in product teams to influence campaign management tools.
- Co‑develop a strategic plan for the book of business with the Account Executive.
- Use data and insights to demonstrate ROI and recommend optimizations or additional investment.
- Share best practices and ideas with peers and manager to inspire innovation.
- Embrace a continuous learning culture and develop as a sales professional.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in advertising sales, media buying/planning, or relevant consulting work.
- 3+ years of auction‑based or programmatic campaign management and optimization experience (e.g., Social, Google AdWords, ad exchange/trading desks).
- Experience in advertising sales and media account management.
- Familiarity with start‑up go‑to‑market challenges and growth KPIs.
- Demonstrated analytical background with statistical analysis, ROI modeling, and advertising/media analytics.
- Strategic consulting mindset with a track record of data‑driven solutions.
- Understanding of advertising technology and marketing automation.
- Strong time management, prioritization and deadline management skills with little supervision.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this role is $145,000 to $222,000 (On Target Earnings). Actual compensation packages are based on skill set, experience, certifications and location factors.
