Job Description
Swoon is currently looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager for a major digital bank in the US
- Location:
Riverwoods, IL (Hybrid) - Duration: 6 Months (possible extension)
- Pay Rate: $74/h
- Manage schedules and adhere to processes to ensure the timely and accurate completion of campaign related deliverables.
- Lead the development of digital communication repository documenting digital touch points across the customer lifecycle.
- Assist in the build and implementation of multichannel communications to card member base by collaborating with cross functional teams.
- Promote consistent brand feel and adherence to channel best practices to business partners as well as internal and external creative agencies.
- Lead and/or assist in the strategic development of mapping out card member product/service touchpoints that will get translated into digital communications.
