Job ResponsibilitiesAs the Marketing Coordinator – HVAC, you’ll be supporting the growth of the HVAC category for Parts Town. You’ll help execute marketing campaigns that will build awareness, generate customer engagement, retention and drive HVAC parts sales. In this hands‑on role, you’ll learn something new every day, working on highly visible marketing projects that include marketing campaigns, social media, events, website content, and more!
ATypical Day
- Collaborate & Execute (65%):
Our Marketing Coordinator will partner with the HVAC Integrated Marketing Manager, HVAC team, and key marketing and sales stakeholders across Parts Town’s business segments to execute marketing tactics customer and partner communications as part of real‑time and targeted marketing efforts in alignment with strategic business plans, including working with the creative, digital marketing and email teams. - Reporting (10%):
Assist in collecting, analyzing and reporting on marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies. - Support (10%):
You’ll ensure the delivery of strategies and tactics along the customer’s journey. You’ll drive an open dialogue with internal stakeholders on project statuses, opportunities and marketing best practices. - Research (5%):
Research/maintain knowledge of up‑and‑coming HVAC industry trends and what’s happening with our customers, partners and competitors. - Other duties as assigned (10%).
- You have a strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques and are excited to learn more.
- You are detail‑oriented, efficient, organized, self‑starter and problem solver.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and people skills.
- You have a strong ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, Google Analytics and related business and communication tools.
- Proactive in communicating project status to key stakeholders throughout all parts of a project.
- Comfortable working with multiple business owners to complete projects in a team environment.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or four years of marketing or related experience.
