Wing Xpand is changing how the world thinks about autonomous systems, and we're looking for a Marketing & Content Specialist to help tell that story. This is a hands on role for someone who loves creating exceptional content, building brands, and turning complex technology into compelling stories that inspire customers, partners, investors, and future employees. You will help shape the Wing Xpand brand across every touchpoint, creating content that drives awareness, generates demand, and showcases the innovation happening inside the company.

From product launches and videos to social media, trade shows, recruiting campaigns, customer success stories, and digital marketing, your work will directly influence how the world sees Wing Xpand. This is a role for creative builders who move fast, think strategically, sweat the details, and take pride in producing world class work. • Create compelling content across digital, print, video, presentations, and social media
• Write product launches, customer stories, blog articles, email campaigns, and recruiting content
• Manage Wing Xpand's social media channels and content calendar
• Develop marketing campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified leads
• Support trade shows, customer demonstrations, product launches, and company events
• Capture and edit photography and video showcasing products, customers, and company culture
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
• Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, leadership, and customers to develop authentic technical content
• Track campaign performance and continuously improve marketing effectiveness
• Identify new ways to grow the Wing Xpand brand and increase market visibility

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field
• 2 to 6+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, communications, or brand marketing
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns
• Experience creating content using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self motivated with excellent communication skills and a bias for action
• Experience with photography, videography, and video editing
• Experience with Hub Spot, Salesforce, Word Press, or similar marketing platforms
• Experience in aerospace, robotics, defense, technology, or startup environments
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, paid advertising, and digital marketing best practices
• Experience supporting trade shows and live events
• Experience working with technical teams to communicate complex products
• Graphic design experience
