CRM Campaign Project Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, CRM, email campaigns, or direct response programs
• Proven expertise in CRM, email marketing, ideally within a pharma agency context (familiarity with Med/Reg processes, systems like Veeva Promomats, Marketo a plus)
• Strong documentation and process management skills with experience using tools like Knak, One Note, PowerPoint, or Smartsheet to create and maintain process documentation
• Exceptional client and cross-functional team management, with clear communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze campaign data thoroughly and extract strategic insights with meticulous attention to detail
