Overview
Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner in the Sterling/Morrison, IL area. We are a leading healthcare provider specializing in infectious diseases, offering evidence-based treatments through a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach.
Position Details- Part-time role with flexible hours (8-40 hours/week), day shifts, in-person work
- Compensation starting at $50/hour
- Benefits include health, dental, vision, disability insurance, malpractice coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan
- Travel within a 12-20 mile radius required
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (required)
- Preferred 2 years of Skilled Nursing facility experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments based on evidence-based guidelines
- Create weekly rounding schedules and maintain accurate medical records
