• Weekends/Call: Every other weekend (EOW); no call

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent NICU RN experience required
• License: Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license (in hand at submission)
• Certifications: Current AHA BLS and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• Availability: Able to work 12-hour day shifts and every other weekend
• Time Off: Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at time of submission

• Provide safe, evidence-based neonatal nursing care to critically ill newborns in a high-acuity NICU environment
• Complete comprehensive assessments, monitor vital signs and clinical status, and escalate changes promptly
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per provider orders and NICU protocols
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support individualized plans of care and family education
• Document patient care accurately and on time in accordance with unit standards and facility policies
