- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2470-$2600/week
- Active, in-hand RN license in Illinois (required)
- Minimum 1 year of recent NICU experience (neonatal nurse, NICU RN)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Available to start as soon as possible
- Submit any time-off requests at the time of application
- Provide high-quality, compassionate neonatal nursing care in the NICU
- Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns and premature infants
- Administer medications, IVs, and specialized treatments per physician orders
- Perform and assist with neonatal procedures and advanced monitoring
- Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate and support families through the NICU experience and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record
