Are you an Assistant Director of Nursing | ADON seeking an exciting new career opportunity? Look no further! Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate nurses for this role.

As an Assistant Director of Nursing | ADON | RN, you will support and carry out the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with the orders of physicians and the total needs of residents. In partnership with the Director of Nursing (DON), you will supervise the Nursing Department 24 hours a day and maintain quality care standards in line with Federal, State, and company regulations.

In the absence of the DON, you will assume responsibility for clinical operations.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
• Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role preferred

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
