Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment
• Full-time, variable shifts

Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license (state of Illinois or compact state)
• At least 2 years recent experience in CVOR setting as a Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
• Strong skills in communication, assessment, and patient advocacy
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub for cardiovascular operating room procedures
• Ensure safety, comfort, and dignity of surgical patients throughout the perioperative continuum
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and allied health professionals
• Adhere to evidence-based infection control and patient care protocols
• Document accurately and communicate proactively with patients' families and care teams
