Job Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice. Ongoing, full‑time (40 hours per week), 8 hour shifts located in Springfield, Illinois. The role involves caring for hospice patients and collaborating with the care team to manage and deliver patient care plans.

• RN license issued in the state of employment
• Associate degree or higher from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum two years of RN experience (hospice experience preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to spend roughly 20% of the day driving to patient locations
• Commitment to meet charting deadlines and manage time effectively
• Experience using tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
