Nurse Practitioner; Morrison, IL

Overview

Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner in the Chicagoland area for part-time/full-time, in-person roles at multiple skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

• Assess and monitor patients, diagnose and treat infectious diseases
• Prescribe medications, develop care plans, and coordinate care with physicians
• Ensure accurate documentation and address care gaps to improve outcomes
• Maintain a minimum of 12 patient visits daily (bonus for exceeding)

• Active Illinois NP license with a Master’s degree in Nursing
• Preferred experience in infectious disease, geriatrics, or long-term care
• Strong communication skills, especially with elderly populations

• Work-life balance with no nights or weekends
• Flexible Monday–Friday schedule between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Exposure to diverse clinical settings and collaborative team environment
• Focus on proactive infectious disease management and reducing hospital readmissions
