Cerified School Nurse -CSN Position

Job Description

Minimum 1+ years nursing experience required.

Position: Onsite School Registered Nurse
Pay: $40 hourly rate

Qualifications:

• Nurse must have their PEL with CSN endorsement
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License, Certified School Nurse (CSN) or credentials in your State of Residence or Employment.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN), or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS).

• Contract Position:  School Year
• Hours: 37.5 hours weekly
• Caseload: High School Coverage
• Responsibilities: Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Medically fragile students
  • Trach Care
  • Medication administration
  • Diabetic care
  • Wheelchair-bound
  • Asthmatic care with inhalers
  • Seizure disorders
  • G-Tubes
  • Note:
    
    May involve toileting, suctioning, catheters or bus-riding assistance
