School Nurse (RN-BSN) - Elementary Health Room
Minimum 1+ years nursing experience required.
Location:
Elmhurst, IL.
Hours:
32.5 hours per week – Full-time.
Join our dedicated team as a School Nurse in the elementary health room, where you’ll play a vital role in promoting the health and well‑being of our students. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll provide expert care and support to ensure a safe and healthy school environment.
Job Duties- Administer basic healthcare services to students, including first aid, medication, and emergency care.
- Assess and manage students’ health concerns, collaborating with teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized healthcare plans.
- Participate in health and safety programs within the school community.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Current Illinois nursing license.
- Pediatric nursing or school nurse experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
