Clinical Nurse; RN Part-Time, PRN

Henry Rehab and Nursing is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) to join our team in a full-time, part-time, or PRN capacity at our skilled nursing facility.

In this role, you'll deliver high-quality nursing care while building meaningful relationships with residents and collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary team. Our environment emphasizes consistency, clinical support, and resident-centered care.

$40.00 - $46.44 per hour

The posted range reflects total potential earnings. Final rate is based on experience and benefit selections.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments

• Active Illinois RN license (required)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
