Travel Nurse Source is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Neuro ICU in Springfield, Illinois. This is a 13-week contract with a weekly pay of $1,894. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering direct patient care using the nursing process, ensuring high-quality care specific to the unit's requirements.
The ideal candidate must be a graduate of an RN program, hold a current unrestricted Illinois license, and possess BLS certification. Experience in ICU and Neuro ICU is required. Work conditions may involve lifting and exposure to various challenges.
