Stability Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN OR
- Operating Room in Springfield, Illinois. This 13‑week assignment starts on 06/01/2026 and requires 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts.
- Provide perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in the Operating Room (OR) preferred.
- $600 travel bonus.
- Day 1 health insurance with United Healthcare.
- PTO accruing from day 1, usable during contract or cash out at end.
- Guaranteed stipend if facility calls you off.
- Extra hourly bonus for hours over weekly contract.
- Tax‑free stipend (amount to be determined).
