Position Overview
HSHS St. John’s Hospital, a regional medical center located in Springfield, IL, serves residents of central and southern Illinois with comprehensive healthcare using modern technology. Responsibilities- Pre‑anesthesia assessment
- Obtain and/or verify patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
- Induce, maintain, and emerge from anesthesia
- Monitor the patient’s physiological condition
- Perform clinical intervention as needed
- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
- Salary: $315,000
- Sign‑on bonus: $100,000
- Overtime pays $209.41 per hour
