Minimum 3 years' experience required- as long as the traveler has a few years of trauma or MOR experience before. First-timers accepted:
Yes. Certs REQ: BLS required. ACLS preferred. Is on-call REQ? Rotational call on weekends and at least one night of call a week, with one or two late nights/wk. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager. Locals accepted:
Yes- no radius. Must have active IL license in hand or be in application process to apply. RTO Restrictions:
Ideally no more than 5 days. Guaranteed
Hours:
Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift.

Aortic Aneurysm repair, Atrial Septic defect (adult) repair, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, ECMO, Femoral Cannulation, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, Left Ventricular Assist device, MAZE Procedure, Mitral valve replacement, PDA, Pericardial window, TAVR (Transaortic Valve Replacement), Scrub Cardiovascular Surgery. Required Vascular Skills/
Experience:
Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Arteriovenous fistula repair, Atherectomy, Carotid Endarterectomy, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, Femoral popliteal bypass graft, Scrub Vascular Surgery, Vein stripping. Required Vascular Skills/
Experience:
Laparoscopic assisted cases, Lobe resection, Mediastinoscopy, Thoracotomy, VATS (Video-Assisted Thoracic Surgery), Scrub Thoracic Surgery. Required Endoscopic Procedure Skills/
Experience:
Bronchoscopy, EGD, Laparoscopic assisted cases, Peg tube placement/exchange, Scrub Endoscopic surgery. Whipple experience required. Required Professional Knowledge and
Skills:
Laser Safety, Specimen Handling/labeling, Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure. Teaching Hospital Experience & Level II Trauma Experience Required. Hospital Highlights Type of Facility:
