• Base compensation: $40,000 – $100,000+
• Monthly allowance: $600/month
• Monthly support group stipend: $100/month

• Contract signing bonus: $1,000
• Housekeeping stipend: $200/month
• Maternity clothing stipend: $800 – $1,000
