Frederick St. John's College of Nursing is seeking an Academic Faculty-Adjunct to join our team. The Academic Faculty-Adjunct position supports the ongoing implementation of academic nursing programs which are aligned with the college's mission. Academic adjunct nursing faculty members are responsible for providing high-quality education, training, and evaluation to nursing students. Adjunct nursing faculty collaborate on curriculum review, revision, and development in all related educational settings.

Education Qualifications Master’s degree in Nursing is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing plus 5 years nursing experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Doctoral degree is required for Master’s and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) programs.

Experience Qualifications1 year of experience in nursing is required.

Experiences in higher education or clinical education is preferred.(This experience level is required in addition to the experience that would be required in lieu of education if colleague does not meet Master's Degree requirement.)Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice is required.

Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license is required for master’s Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) track.
