Location: Crest Healthcare Group – Southern & Central Illinois

Schedule: Flexible Scheduling | Night Shift Availability Required

Crest Healthcare Group is seeking experienced and dependable Float Pool Nurses (RNs and LPNs) to support our skilled nursing facilities throughout Southern and Central Illinois. We are looking for nurses who are comfortable stepping into different skilled nursing environments, adapting quickly, and providing high-quality resident care. Candidates must have previous long‑term care (LTC) experience and experience using Point Click Care  (PCC).

Our greatest current staffing need is on night shift, so candidates must be willing to work nights as needed. This regional float pool position also requires travel between facilities based on staffing needs.

• LPN Pay: $55/hour
• RN Pay: $65/hour

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents within your scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation using Point Click Care  (PCC)
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately with the care team
• Support residents with dignity, compassion, and professionalism
• Float between facilities based on current staffing needs
• Maintain high standards of resident care and safety
• Adapt quickly to different facility environments, teams, and workflows
• Collaborate effectively with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary care teams
• Perform additional nursing duties as assigned

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license
• Previous long‑term care (LTC) or skilled nursing experience required
• Point Click Care  (PCC) experience required
• Must be willing and available to work night shifts as needed
• Reliable transportation and willingness to regularly travel up to 1.5 hours from home
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 2 hours when additional coverage is needed
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Dependable, flexible, and team‑oriented
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively with different teams and facility environments
• Passion for providing compassionate, high‑quality resident care
