Care Planning Institute, Inc. in Springfield, IL, seeks a licensed RN to perform in-home assessments for elderly clients within a 2–3 hour radius from Springfield.
Each assessment lasts roughly 30 minutes and travel time is paid at $60/hour. The role requires an active RN license and willingness to travel between client locations and the office.
Shifts are flexible, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., seven days a week as needed, with a TB test requirement and timely completion of assessments.
