• Provide compassionate care with patience and respect.
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, meals, and mobility to support independence with kindness.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Communicate with your team and leadership about resident needs and changes.
• Keep residents’ living spaces clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
• Contribute to a positive environment that respects dignity, choice, and service.

• State CNA certification.
• Genuine care for people and a desire to brighten their day.
• Strong communication skills—listen well and speak kindly.
• Ability to lift, support, and help others safely (training provided).
• Positive attitude, good sense of humor, and willingness to contribute to a team.

• CPR Certification (if you have it, great; if not, we’ll help you get there).
• Experience in a long-term care or post-acute setting.
• Know the words to “Sweet Caroline.”Not required, but may earn brownie points.

What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table (Besides Your Winning Personality):

• A valid CNA certification.
• CPR certification is preferred; if not, we’ll help you get there.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• A background that aligns with state and federal regulatory guidelines.

• Attend in-services and education programs.
• Complete Relias trainings on time.
• Complete 12 hours of annual in-service training to keep your certification current.
• Keep CPR certification up to date.
