We are seeking a dedicated Oncology / Medical‑Surgical RN. Candidates with Medical‑Surgical RN experience and oncology experience are preferred; oncology certification is not required. This role requires flexibility to float and participate in on‑call coverage.

• Provide direct patient care for oncology and medical‑surgical patients.
• Perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and implement care plans.
• Utilize Cerner for electronic charting and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality patient care.
• Participate in unit assignments including floating and on‑call duties as needed.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including vaccination requirements:
  Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only); COVID‑19 vaccine not required.

• Education: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Experience: Prior Medical‑Surgical experience required; oncology experience preferred.
• Licensure: Active Illinois RN license required.
• Skills & Knowledge:
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, acute care environment.
  • Competence with electronic medical record systems (Cerner preferred).
  • Flexibility to float between units as needed.
  • Willingness to participate in on‑call coverage.
• Other Requirements: Local candidates preferred.
