• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent CVOR nursing experience
• Proficiency with cardiovascular surgeries, procedures, and protocols
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

• Deliver expert, evidence-based perioperative nursing care for cardiac and vascular surgical patients
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor surgical instruments and supplies before, during, and after procedures
