Location: Springfield, IL
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Extension Possible)
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts weekly

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Springfield, Illinois

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
• Monitor, document, and report changes in resident conditions
• Support RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Assist with daily clinical operations and resident care needs

• Active LPN license in Illinois
• Previous SNF or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to resident-centered care
