Clinical On-Site Supervisors

Qualifications include:

• Valid IL RN License

Qualify for IDPH approval for clinical supervision

Job Specific Responsibilities (Medical Assisting):

• Coordinate the student rotations.
• Direct students to appropriate areas and staff members.
• Monitor student participation and professionalism.
• Facilitate communication between students and the clinical site.
• Assist students with their clinical packets.
• Assist with questions regarding procedures or the clinical environment.
• Address concerns that arose during the clinical experience.
• This is a PRN position. Clinical sessions are 8hrs long. Typically Saturdays / Sundays. (Typical Session Time) 7AM-4PM
  • There maybe dates and times that this adjusts due to clinical site adjustments.
• Clinical Supervisor will coordinate with Program coordinator for clinical site scheduling

Assignments will be pre-arranged at various outpatient facilities in DuPage County /Cook county with which the Technology

Center of DuPage has clinical site agreements.

Assignments will be pre-arranged at various long-term care facilities in DuPage County with which the Technology Center of

DuPage has clinical site agreements.

Clinical on-site supervisors are required to undergo a fingerprint based background check and provide proof of a negative TB test

administered within 90 days of first assignment.
