Are you passionate about animals and enjoy helping people? We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and reliable part-time receptionist to join our team at Animal Medical Clinic of St. Charles!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and their furry friends with a smile and make them feel welcome
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic’s calendar
• Handle customer inquiries, provide information about services, and assist with billing and payments
• Maintain accurate client and pet records in our system
• Assist with light administrative tasks, including filing and data entry
• Ensure a clean, organized, and friendly environment for both pets and clients

Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• A love for animals and a desire to make their owners feel at ease
• Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and phone etiquette
