We offer year‑round lawn care work for independent operators in a small, family‑owned business. After initial training, operators work their own routes, with options to continue through the off‑season or take a break. We provide training, safety equipment, and a supportive team environment.

• Apply fertilizer, weed control, and pest control products to lawns and landscape beds
• Rehab lawns and maintain plant health
• Apply fertilizer and pest control products to ornamental trees and shrubs around customers’ homes
• Work outside most days, independently on your own route
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Follow a Monday‑through‑Friday schedule with optional Saturdays
• Participate in ongoing training throughout the season

Starting at $20.00‑$21.00 per hour, based on licensing, background, performance, and experience. Bonuses up to $600 approximately every 6 weeks.
