** Pay Range:**$69,800.00-$93,066.67 Annual This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
** Incentive Compensation:
** As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.

** Quality Specialist
** to join our manufacturing operations. This role focuses on maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), managing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and investigations, resolving customer complaints, and conducting internal and external audits. The specialist will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, customer requirements, and company policies.

*** Administer and maintain the facility’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO, GMP, HACCP, and other applicable standards.
* Lead and document Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), ensuring timely resolution of quality issues and effective root cause analysis.
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints, coordinating with production, laboratory, and management teams to implement corrective measures and improve customer satisfaction.
* Plan, conduct, and report on internal audits of processes, systems, and documentation to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
