• Install, calibrate, and operate instrumentation for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and vacuum systems.
• Use measuring gauges such as micrometers, plugs or thread gauges; fabricate test equipment or hardware to blueprints, sketches or engineering drawings using hand and power tools.
• Understand test specifications, changes and documentation, and perform testing, inspection and experimental operations for prototype, qualification and production units.
• Document results accurately and keep test equipment and laboratory documentation up to date.
• Work with supervision, engineering and support personnel to resolve test or quality issues, and provide interface with customer or government personnel as required.
• Perform shop‑floor control functions and maintain quality paperwork and inspection records.
• Control revision and version of all test specifications, procedures, software or hardware.
• Perform quality‑control self‑assessments and certify that tests meet specified requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering to develop and revise Test Lab Instructions and maintain the test log database.
• Pass and maintain required certifications.
• Serve 2nd shift (3PM–11PM, Monday–Friday); train on 1st shift for up to 6months.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math calculations and ability to use MS Windows.
• Plumbing experience preferred.
• A & P License Repairman’s certificate preferred.

$75,233.60 – $83,532.80 USD
