As a Systems Analyst, you will support the Store Improvement and Land association by designing, developing, and evaluating system initiatives that align with business needs and enhance the customer journey.

• Arrangement Plan and Cycle: Accumulates and archives arrangement prerequisites and functional plans; archives client story creation and preparation; creates business process plans; upholds arrangement configuration using client‑driven plan methodology; participates in agile scrum teams for implementation of projects; drives cross‑functional collaboration across systems.
• Framework Design and Testing: Upholds application design (e.g., forms, workflows, UI changes) during implementation; manages data transformation, concentrates on data quality, and approves transformation; conducts testing activities through execution and validation of test results; utilizes data queries to support data validation and test outcomes; engages in deployment from development to production and day‑to‑day operations.
• Creation Backing: Provides background support for global system frameworks; focuses on framework support, ticket resolution, and escalation in alignment with SLA; fosters framework capability and builds subject‑matter expertise through root‑cause analysis; coordinates issue resolution within the team and cross‑functionally, engaging end‑users for data and status; maintains documentation (e.g., Wiki, Knowledge Base Articles); creates inquiry tools to support data investigations and reporting.
• Administration: Open to guidance from leadership and experienced investigators; seeks input and support as needed; works independently; communicates effectively with stakeholders, responding swiftly and thoroughly to issues; provides valuable insights in team discussions.

• Essential Information, Abilities, and Capacities: Proficient understanding of framework development concepts; ability to leverage data, intuition, and ingenuity in planning and implementing global solutions; adaptable to multiple priorities and time constraints; familiar with framework development lifecycle and IT activities; knowledge of application/server scenarios, modules, and stages; experience with agile/scrum methodologies; craft solutions that are scalable and reliable.
• Good‑to‑Have Information, Abilities, and Capacities: Experience in planning, delivering, testing, and maintaining SaaS‑based system administration; experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS; familiarity with large‑scale business‑process solutions and big‑data sets; understanding of business processes, web applications, data‑set concepts, and SQL queries with ability to conduct root‑cause analysis.
