Position OverviewPursuant Energy Partners is seeking three highly experienced and motivated Land Acquisition Agents to join our team for a solar leasing and Right-of-Way (ROW) project located approximately one hour south of Chicago. This is a field-based position and is not a remote role
. We are looking for results-driven professionals with a proven ability to close challenging deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities- Negotiate and close complex solar lease and Right-of-Way (ROW) agreements.
- Acquire ROW agreements quickly and efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with landowners.
- Review and interpret title work, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Independently review, negotiate, and resolve redline revisions from landowners' attorneys to reach mutually acceptable agreements.
- Provide accurate and timely project status updates to management from initial contact through execution.
- Maintain accurate records and updates within client databases and project management systems.
- Travel throughout the project area as needed to meet with landowners and close agreements.
- Minimum of 2 years of land acquisition experience
, with a strong background in leasing and Right-of-Way agreements. Renewable energy experience is strongly preferred. - Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing complex land acquisition agreements.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to identify landowner concerns, overcome objections, and secure signed agreements.
- Comfortable conducting face-to-face meetings, knocking on doors, and building relationships with landowners.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple negotiations simultaneously.
