Associate Director of Analytics and Performance Excellence

In this Associate Director role, you’ll lead a therapeutic pipeline commercialization and disease-area analytics by wrangling data, synthesizing insights across multiple work streams, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to align on the next best moves. You’ll also elevate analytics and reporting capabilities—using market research (with primary research preferred
) and strong judgment to inform what comes next for the next 5–10 years.

• 6+ years of experience in insights, analytics, market research, and/or competitive intelligence
• AI-enabled analysis
  : leverage and fact-check AI outputs
• Insight synthesis
  : condense complex inputs into key topics and recommendations
• Data wrangling and the ability to integrate insights across varied work streams
• Market research and primary research experience (primary research is especially important)
• Communication
  : present findings clearly to different audience levels
• Project leadership
  : planning, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to deliver on time, within budget
  , and in line with financial/ethical compliance

• Therapeutic expertise in diabetes/obesity (or adjacent areas)
• Experience with in-house analytics/AI tools
• Track record of improving data and analytics capabilities
