As a Lead Dining Server, you support daily dining operations while modeling hospitality, service excellence, and dining room standards for residents and guests.

• Provide dining and table service according to Sunrise standards.
• Support and train new servers on service steps and expectations.
• Assist residents with menu selections and take accurate meal orders.
• Ensure proper dining room set‑up, reset, and cleanliness.
• Maintain side work, opening, and closing checklists.
• Monitor table presentation and dining decorum standards.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.
• Support special events and Bistro operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
