Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by overseeing shifts, admin duties, and ensuring Taco Bell standards. In the absence of the RGM, you provide leadership to ensure friendly service, safe food, and smooth operations.
You will help with hiring, training, and developing team members and Shift Leads, maintain health and safety compliance, and ensure cash, inventory and labor policies are followed.
