We’re a produce wholesaler looking for a motivated Fresh Produce Merchandiser to support our retail partners in the Springfield, IL area. If you enjoy hands‑on work, working with fresh food, and building strong relationships — this could be a great opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:- Merchandise fresh produce in assigned retail stores
- Stock, rotate, and maintain product freshness
- Build attractive produce displays to drive sales
- Monitor quality and remove damaged/expired items
- Understand customers’ vision and merchandising standards and execute accordingly
- Communicate inventory needs and store feedback
- Support promotions and seasonal displays
- Maintain clean and organized produce departments
- Grocery/produce or merchandising experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
