We are seeking a friendly, well-spoken Golf Shop Attendant to work in the vibrant atmosphere of our premier golf club. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a keen interest in golf. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall experience of our club members and guests.

The key responsibilities of a Golf Shop Attendant on our team are to:

• Greet and welcome all members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist customers with merchandise selection, purchase transactions, and special orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment within the Golf Shop.
• Educate customers on the latest golf equipment, apparel, and accessories, providing knowledgeable recommendations when needed.
• Handle point of sale transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels, restocking merchandise, and setting up displays.
• Support in organizing and coordinating golf-related events and promotions.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the golf course staff and management to ensure seamless operations.

A successful candidate will:

• Possess strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work in a team environment and under minimal supervision.
• Possess or be able to acquire familiarity with golf products and terminology.
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills.
• Be able to lift and move objects up to twenty pounds.
• Be able to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
