Walmart Stores - 2300 West White Oaks Drive - Responsibilities:
Maintain area of responsibility by handling returns, zoning, arranging and organizing merchandise and identifying shrink and damages;
Provide member service by reviewing receipts, acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise, and managing self-checkout area;
Resolve member issues and concerns and promote Sam's Club products and services;
Provide guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology and process member purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges;
Assist with training of Member Frontline Service associates on processes, new technology, and program rollout
