Multi-Store District Manager — Leadership & Growth

TSC is seeking an experienced Unassigned District Manager for its Springfield, Illinois operations. This role involves managing a district without specific store assignments while overseeing 10–15 stores. Responsibilities include driving sales, managing profits, recruiting and training Store Managers, and ensuring high standards of customer service. Qualifications include at least 5 years of retail leadership experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

The ideal candidate will have strong retail management skills and a preference for knowledge in farming, ranching, or pet care.
