Job Responsibilities

This position is responsible for taking stock from either an l‑cart or pallet and placing it in the correct shelf location using the provided location codes, repeating this process until the assigned area is finished.

• Stock food shelves with a variety of products.
• Pull back stock and trash to the back room to the correct areas.
• Work with management to ensure correct areas are stocked in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a friendly demeanor with customers.
• Work night shifts.

Required skills and qualifications include:

• Knowledge of computer systems and comfort using them.
• Process‑driven with the ability to follow procedures efficiently.
• Calmness under fast‑paced conditions.
• Desire to work consistently with customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50lb boxes and perform manual handling tasks such as lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Knowledge of forklift and pallet jack operation is a plus.

This position offers a step pay plan that generally starts between $15.85 and $16.93 hourly, with raises occurring after predetermined hours worked. The rate offered will meet or surpass the legal wage requirement for the job’s location.
