EZCORP is looking for Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Members (Pawnbroker) to lead the way today and step into greater roles tomorrow. You will perform sales, loans, and extensions, handle opening and closing store duties, and provide excellent customer service.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and interacting with them in person and on the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Interact with customers daily, helping with sales and negotiating agreements regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets the company apart.

Start as a trainee in a 5‑week paid training program, then become a Pawnbroker with an additional hourly pay increase. Continue to the Pawnbroker Certification Program for further pay and growth. Opportunities to become Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader), Assistant Manager (6‑month training program), or store manager are available.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer).
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual language skills are a plus.
