About This Role

Store 4701304: 2641 W Monroe St, Springfield, Illinois 62704. Shift Availability:
Flexible (Days, Evenings, Overnights + Weekends). Time Type:
Part time.

• Greet customers.
• Run the register and cashier duties.
• Make purchase suggestions and support the food program.
• Maintain store appearance both inside and outside.
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Ensure regular and predictable on-site attendance.
• Work with an energetic team to accomplish daily tasks.

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.

• Ability to sell products to customers.
• Provide excellent customer care.
• Communicate and have friendly conversation.
• Perform quickly while maintaining fun.
• Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Come up with great ideas to solve problems.
• Think quickly and offer suggestions.

• Stand and/or walk up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour in a shift.
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands, including climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Hiring Range: $15.00 to $15.25 per hour.
