Key Lead - Water Tower Place, Hollister

Overview

Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving store performance through customer experience and daily sales.

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register / Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill omni‑channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

Schedule will vary weekly; expect at least 12‑16 hours per week, with required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak time frames, hours may increase.

• High School Diploma / G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred (retail supervisory/management not required).
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive; takes initiative and shows confidence.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to balance multiple tasks while being detail‑oriented.
• Engaged in applied learning and proactive thinking with a strong work ethic.
